01 Introduction

Welcome to MrBayar. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "Player", "you", or "your") and MrBayar (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mrbayar.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or using any of our products or services — including online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and bonus programmes — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with all supplementary documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the Platform and refrain from registering an account or placing any wagers.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements are mandatory and non-negotiable. Any Player found to be in breach of these requirements will have their account suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. MrBayar enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all jurisdictions in which it operates. Players aged between 18 and 20 are not permitted to create or operate an account.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law at the time of each gaming session. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Identity Accuracy: The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Using a false identity, another person's details, or fictitious information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from MrBayar or any other gambling platform, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order in any jurisdiction, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

04 Registration & Accounts

To access the Platform's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. MrBayar strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. MrBayar shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Currency. The default Account currency on MrBayar is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion fees may apply when transacting in alternative currencies.

Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. MrBayar reserves the right to apply an administrative dormancy fee of MYR 30 per month to dormant Accounts, following prior written notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance on a dormant Account will remain accessible upon reactivation following a successful login and identity verification.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Deposit Methods. MrBayar accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to individual method availability:

• Malaysian e-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online banking via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect
• DuitNow instant interbank transfer
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), Litecoin (LTC)
• Cash top-up: 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosk

Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum per-transaction limits vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits carry a minimum of MYR 30 and a maximum of MYR 30,000 per transaction. Bank transfer deposits via FPX carry a minimum of MYR 50 and a maximum of MYR 30,000. Cryptocurrency deposit equivalents start from MYR 30. Full limits are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by MrBayar within five (5) business minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawal processing times are subject to applicable network confirmation requirements, typically fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes.

KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. MrBayar reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This requirement applies regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Player Funds. All funds deposited by Players are held in accounts segregated from MrBayar's operational funds. This structure ensures that Player balances are protected in the event of Company insolvency.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

MrBayar offers various promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, reload bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotional terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Some promotions carry higher or lower wagering multipliers as disclosed in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Unused bonus credits expire automatically at the end of the applicable period.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) compared to slots (100%). Full game contribution tables are available in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses: Unless specified otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings derived from a bonus is capped at five times (5x) the bonus value received, up to a maximum of MYR 5,000.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players are not permitted to accumulate or stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Abuse: MrBayar reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies targeting bonus conditions, or collusion.
• Eligibility: All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. MrBayar reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotions at its reasonable discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MrBayar Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game through the use of software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credit or winnings to which you are not entitled
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology
• Facilitating another person's breach of these Terms
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at MrBayar staff, agents, or other Platform users

08 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the MrBayar Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "MrBayar", the logo, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, written content, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of MrBayar or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of MrBayar.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide to MrBayar regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without obligation or compensation to you.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MrBayar, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether or not due to circumstances within MrBayar's control
• Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or defects in game outcomes or Platform content that result from technical malfunction or third-party provider error
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access to your Account
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any content or information on the Platform

MrBayar's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10 Suspension & Termination

Suspension by MrBayar. MrBayar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) a chargeback has been initiated on any deposit; (d) you have provided false or inaccurate information; or (e) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to MrBayar, other players, or any third party.

Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of your request, MrBayar will process any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. MrBayar retains the right to retain and process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

11 Responsible Gambling

MrBayar is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account, effective immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated session duration reminders can be configured in Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between one (1) and ninety (90) days may be requested at any time.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, any game outcome, a promotional matter, or any other Platform-related issue, you should contact MrBayar's customer support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.

Escalation. If you are dissatisfied with MrBayar's response to your complaint, you may request that the matter be escalated to senior management for review. MrBayar will provide a final resolution response within fourteen (14) business days of escalation.

Game Outcome Disputes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, MrBayar reserves the right to void the relevant round and return all wagers placed. Game logs maintained by MrBayar's server infrastructure shall constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed arbitral body.

13 Amendments

MrBayar reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where a change is material, MrBayar will provide no less than fourteen (14) days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
